How to write a poem
How to splatter it with emotion
I tell them to open a vein
Let your soul pour out of it
Let the thoughts drip down onto paper
As they make no sense
But all the sense in the world
Paint a picture
With the fresh thoughts that contain facets
Of every beautiful color imaginable
Pooling in the middle of the paper
Watch it blossom into a flower of your mind
Then you will have a poem
One that is soaked in the tears of emotion
